Any thoughts on how the fishing will be this thurs and friday? Will cold shut their mounths?

Might not be any water left in the bay after this front. But the first good freeze usually runs them back out.

What salt number should you just give on if it drops below?

8ppt is the general consensus but I've caught em in lower.

0.0 lol

I've caught plenty trout while that gauge read 0.5... I honestly think that as long as the water looks alright in there this weekend, you should do fine. I plan on going possibly tomorrow, but def Fri-Sun. I just looked at the gauge, and theres no water in there, so I think I'll wait until Friday to go

Sweet. How long does it usually take to push back up there? just curious

depends on how the tides are running.. but usually only a few days for it to get back right. Fish are still there though, I believe. Two weeks ago, it lost all its water and I went the day after that, and water was kind of dirty and we managed like 20 nice trout, but it was slow. Next day went back, and the water cleared up and came home with 75
