Trespassing with keys deboned wood duck.

Decided to cook up a few of the woodies I almost got arrested over the other day. Wanted to try something new so I partially deboned them. I cut out the back bone and neck with some poultry scissors then cut out the rib cage leaving only the breast plate and leg bones.
Came out like this Attachment 59229 Seasoned em up and put em browning. Attachment 59235 Cleaned up the bottom of the pot with some onions, bell peppers, and chopped celery. Attachment 59236 Got the birds back in and water added. Just gotta let em cook down. Attachment 59237 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free |
