Brought a buddy and my fiancé both on their first goose hunt Saturday. Ended up with our limit at about 9AM along with 2 spoonies and a teal. The birds didn't seem to by flying very well until about 8. Birds were working beautifully! We were shooting them at 10 and 15 yards in front the blind! One bird fell and grazed my fiancé ahead and landed on the seat in the blind next to her! Lol kind of freaked her out but she did kill her first goose! She was beyond excited and she even told me...now I see why you've invested so much time and money into this!! HAHA!
Well after such a great Saturday went back a brought some other friends Sunday and only ended up with one speck a mallard and a teal. They wouldn't even look at us Sunday! Does that have something to do with the strong north wind?!
Anyways I do want to say thanks to Specklebelly hunting club for hooking me up with a great lease this year!!!

I Think it was the pressure the day before. We had the same issue. They should of worked good in the wind.

Nice work. Post front birds can be tough. We killed our 8 in thornwell but it was tough, birds worked best from 9 to 945. Thats when we finished.
