Speckled trout casserole

Done a little experimentation last night with some speckled trout fillets. Decided to make a speck and veggie casserole. First, I made a cup of rice and laid that down in a glass baking dish. Next I dumped in about 1.5 cups of frozen veggies (should have cooked them first because they ended up very crunchy...lesson learned). Then pan fried trout fillets in butter for about 1 minute on each side. Put in oven at 375* for about 35 minutes... Pictures dont do it any justice...
