Jam Up Dularge Fishing!!!

2 Attachment(s)
The fishing down here in the salt marshes of Bayou Dularge continues to be just absolutely phenomenal with limits coming over the gunnels of the 24 Skeeter. Sunday we found a pack of hungry reds willing to eat the new High Life Tackle anchovies. Green Onion and Natural Minnow colors have been the top producers. Again with the low tide and water drained out of the marsh, redfish were schooled up in just about all the main bayous of the broken marsh. No special technique needed as the bite was fast and easily felt. Yesterday Attachment 60604Attachment 60605the pace changed with a pretty hot trout bite. Water temps in the low 50's had the trout gulping the anchovies. Slow on the bottom in 6 ft of water. When you stopped the bait, the trout would peck one time. Wait one second and jerk the snot out of it. We had our limit for 9:30.
