I just sent off my sons glasses that one of the lenses cracked. I paid the 11 dollars for shipping and they covered it under warranty. I have another pair that I accidentally dropped a brick on and it crushed one of the lenses and broke one of the arms off. I know this wont be under warranty, but whats the most yall have paid to get a pair fixed? Wondering if its worth sending them in.

Sat on mine. They fixed em for like $70 with shipping if I remember right

Arm broke off of mine and they replaced for free .. Wife shattered a lens on hers and it was 80

Just sent off a pair last week, dropped the glasses on my tile floor and one of the lenses shattered. Cost of repair is $69.99 but the frames were discontinued, so they told me to pick out any frames. Brand new pair for 70 bucks.

Broke a lense on mine and they charged me $100! I also have an older discontinued pair that snapped in half on a dive trip that I'm too scared to send off after having to pay $100 for the other pair.

I had the rubber on the temples corrode and sent them to have the temples replaced, told them to contact me with the cost. They sent the glasses back, no charge, with new temples and added that my lenses' tint was off and they also replaced the lenses free of charge. And these were the lenses with the 2.75 magnification windows in the lower part of the lenses. I'll be a customer for life.

Just got mine back and it was a 100 for the 580 lens repair.. Dropped mine on the floor and right side lens cracked..
