Woke up this morning thinking of something to cook! Decided to brown up some fresh sausage and pork fingers, then decided I wanted a stew! Made a little roux and threw the meat in the mix! Never had fresh sausage in a stew but hell it's got to be good!!

how do you know how much roux/gravy to make? i made some venison/beef pot pies this week end and didn't make enough gravy. they were good, but needed more juice. your stew looks very juicy and good.
