tool for pulled pork--shredder
|
I have used that before. They work great. Especially if you have a lot to pull apart.
|
I've also cooked with the boys down east that boil their boston butts in some crab boil and other spices and use a big industrial drill with a paint stirrer for a five gallon bucket of paint.
7 or 8 butts in a crawfish pot and it's pulled in 30 seconds. Add the barbecue sauce and start serving them up on a bun. They will eat it all. But I always smoke mine. |
That thing is cool but it would take all da fun outa getting in clean up to da elbows.

I can't see the pic..but I have a set of "Bear paws" for pulling pork.."google bear paws for pulled pork"
