Boot Sugestions

I need some to wear around the house. Something waterproof to wear when I'm washing the truck, feeding my chickens, cutting grass, honey do's....etc. Also has to be something that slips on and off easy so I don't track dirt and grass in the house. Trying to stay under $75 defintiely under $100. I don't want leather.

What do you guys suggest?

I have the Muck Chore ST. They're stout as all get out. I wore them with wool socks last winter in northern PA and my feet stayed dry. They're not insulated, the legs are neoprene- easy to roll down to just above your ankle.

The non steel toed version should come in under $75. Steel toe were $99 and change last year when I picked em up.

Have a pair of insulated lace ups that are at least 13 years old.

Google boggs boots. They are just north of $100 but I will never go back. Waterproof, neoprene lined, super comfortable and non slip soles

whats wrong with the standard Louisiana dress shoes? (white shrimp boots)

they aren't expensive, last me a long time, and do everything and I cant find anything more comfortable or easy to get in and out of with no effort

now if you wanted to go hiking or hunting and stuff then the suggestions above are better suited for that but you said you just wanted it for around the house

Lacrosse Hamptons. Use em for training dogs, working in the yard, hunting, fishing and everything in between. 3 years old and I've worn the hell out of em and they haven't missed a beat. Love em

My dad has a pair of muck boots that he calls his "Garden boots"... I'm not sure what model they are but they are probably about a 7" muck boot and he wears those things everywhere. I think he picked them up at a feed store for about $70.

For something that short I have the Muck Cicanas and love them.

Mine are the short ones on the bottom of the page.

can't go wrong with the short "garden" muck boots. Neoprene upper/rubber bottom. Got mine from Amazon $70-80

i've got some of these and they're great for knocking around in and out of the boat. i never untie the laces, just leave em loose so i can slip em on and off. Bass Pro $50.
