Water Temps

Hey guys, I been fishing for years but I have a old boat with out all the sweet technology, and never much paid attention to the science of things. Just wondering were the water temps have to be in order to get the fish moving or even the shrimp and bait fish ? Thanks

They are still catchable below that, but typically deeper and slower. Many have been catching fish all winter...and this has been a cold one.
