Anyone follow Cajun music?
I just learned that my good friend Al Berard from Cecelia passed away. He was a musical legend that was known, literally, around the world. Most of all, he was a loving husband and father to a beautiful family. I was happy to have known him and treasure the times we had played together.

Sorry to hear it. A lot of the true Cajun musicians are starting to get up there in age. I wish I had the talent these folks do to help carry on our heritage.

That's very much the truth. We were just talking about that at work. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Very sorry to hear that. Listened to Al quite a bit at Randol's way back when.

Sorry to hear that. My brother plays. One of the best on the accordion IMO. I used to play the fiddle some but didn't have time to play and hunt and fish. But I love Cajun music.

Who's your brother Top Dawg?

Sean Vidrine.
