Threading pipie
 

Does anyone know where I can get some aluminum pipe about 1 1/4" threaded around the Lafayette area?

Most Hardware stores will thread pipe.

I called a few of the local places, one guy was a total ***** and another said only if purchased from them. What I got is a aluminum push pole that I want to cut into sections and just collar together when needed. Trying to get it off the floor of the boat and store in the front deck. The sad part is we have a hundred machines at work but if Ny of you work in a plant you know the hoops I'd have to go thru! Thx

I know my old man used to have a threader laying around the shop. He may still have it. I'll shoot him and text to see.

Our local Hardware store is $2 a thread.

Check the price on a thread die, if you cant find some one to do it for you, get a die i have access to a rigid threading machine but we dont use it for threading, i have never threaded pipe before but it cant be that hard, you can come to my shop and we can thread it over a couple of bud lites
