I just googled this. There were several stories listed from 3 or 4 different states.

I saw the word "Poacher" in the tital of several topics.

It's not fake, but it was poached.

I heard it wasnt poached and he did kill it with a bow, but his problem was that this was his second buck of the season for that state and you only get one tag.

Which is poaching. Killing over your limit makes you a poacher. Read the story I posted up.

What I meant was he killed it on his own private land, most people think of poaching as illegally hunting out of season or on somebody eleses property.

thats what i understood "poaching" as when they explained the laws to me.....
