A Butt Load of Butts and Shoulders

Not a whole lot cooking here this weekend except for some pork butts and shoulders I'm smoking for a fundraiser for my wife's women's group. The Daughters of Isabella((St. Francis Xavier based). They're having a f=Frozen Food Fest/Sale next Saturday and I volunteered to smoke pork for pulled pork.
Got right at about eighty pounds of butts and shoulders on my Traeger pellet smoker.
Rubbed 'em down with some molasses and seasoned with a dry rub.

done one on my masterbuilt....keep water in the pan and i find about a quarter cup wood chips an hour is plenty....works good on aunduille and smoke sausage also except no water 160 to 165 degrees...

Alrighty now! The pork is done, has been taken out of the smoker and is cooling to be pulled. The wife has attacked the bark and has given almost orgasmic approval of how it came out. Nice smoke flavor and the bark is perfect as I expected it to be using molasses to hold the dry rub to the meat.
Not the best of pictures but here we go.

A few of the shoulders fell apart as I was removing them from the Traeger.

Looking good! What kind of pellet consumptions do you have for that? And can you buy pellets locally pretty easily?

All of the pork has been pulled. Looks, smells and tastes great!
The dogs were going crazy while we pulled the meat and of course there's always something that they have to taste too.

Got a LOT of pulled pork. This plus a huge ziplock bag.
