Bubba blade???

Has anyone had any experience with the bubba blade? is it worth the price they charge? nor who has better recommendations for a filet knife

Hey Bradley,
I've got the 7" flex and 9" stiffie, love 'em both. The stiffie plows through redfish with ease, breaking ribcages and helping you get those bad boys cleaned up fast! The 7" is great for trout and flounder, but then again there are a ton of blades that work well there. Good luck on your picks!

Thank you for the review, i always used electric knifes before but i'm thinking on getting one to use and clean fish on site sometimes

Really like my 9" flex. Perfect for Redfish and get the job done well for trout

Hard to beat that 9" serrated dexter for reds. My thumb knows how sharp those things are.

I didn't like my 7" flex when I got it... It was damn Dull straight out the box.. I sharpened.. It works OK.. DR In My opinion is a better knife..

I have really been wanting one of those bubba blades (ok I want all of em to be truthful) im a knife junky. Handled a few at academy and they felt great and super sharp.
Biggun it sucks that your knife was not sharp. I've had that happen a few times through the years with reputable knife companies.
Currently im using a knife from Capt. Vince Russo for my reds and I love it. Really love that knife and want to order another one.

I agree. I got one as a gift last Christmas and that thing is ridiculous. I use it on redfish mainly but my other Dexter is in need of sharpening so I used the serrated Dex to fillet a flounder last weekend. Worked great!
