geaux pass ticket!!!!!
 

just got a photo ticket in the mail stating i did not pay the geaux pass toll going to port fourchon!! SOB! i pay that time every time prior to making the trip on line . a 33.00 ticket for a 3.25 toll! I'm gonna call em and see if we can sort this out but doesn't seem to likely because i didn't save my on line receipt:shaking:

If you give them your information, I'm sure they can pull it up.

This has been happening a whole lot and they are aware of the problems .They will take care of it.

Eman nice to meet you yesterday.....I have also heard that they were having issues.....Set them straight POX.

i sloved the problem im just gonna smear mud on my plates next time i pass thru!! or take a photo of w's plate and tape it over mine!!!:p

I just got a ticket too...........can't get thru on phone...........I stopped to pay the ladies at the little makeshift tent they had up. Hope they keep records.........wait, I may still have reciept on dash board!!!

I talked to them on the phone............Those ladies are supposed to enter all names and info in computer. Lady on phone said it douesn't always happen..............They took care of the ticket for me and are sending confirmation of it.........It took 20-30 calls to get thru.............

yup - same thing happened to me. took forever to get through, but once I got a hold of someone they fixed it.

finally after my 2nd notification i called em today took 15 min to get through , explained that i paid online they looked it up and took care of the problem. hopefully they have all the bugs worked out by this summer
