4 sticks of butter a tub of gidury's chopped onions and bell peppers Worcestershire sauce. Add worcestershire sauce until light brown. Spread over fish when about half way cooked.

sounds good...always lookin for different ways to cook fish since we eat it so much...I'll have to try it
