Places to gig flounder around BL?
 

Any one knows of places around BL where you can wade for flatties?
I would think you would have to have a sand bottom.

Any advice would be appreciated.

if you have a boat, go southwest/west bank of WestCove, once you find clean bottom/clear water, beach the boat, get out and have fun....


we dont gig but we shot plenty in a small area, so i would imaging we would have gigged more if we traveled the area slower

used to be able to find some nice ones around texaco cut but havnt had luck in past couple years with all the boat traffic from the drilling sites
