Flounder on bulkhead?
 

New to flounder fishing. Don't it before in the winter time off a bulkhead with gulps. There's some bulkheads off the side of the road when I'm headed to Holly Beach. I take 27 south to the beach. Do y'all recommend those, is there a certain time of year? Sorry for the questions, I'm trying to soak in as much info as I can.

Summer spring is more marshes I have caught them on that road before though nice reds too

I'm gonna go out tomorrow and see what I can get. I really just wanna get out of the house lol. I heard the beach is covered, I still might try on the outgoing tide.
