Need venue recommendation for sweet sixteen birthday party

My baby girl is turning sixteen in a few weeks, and we are looking for a venue to throw a nice sweet sixteen birthday party, somewhere in the Baton Rouge area. You guys have provided some good BR area restaurant advice in the past, so I thought I would solicit ideas here.

One place my wife is looking at is Louisiana Bayou Bistro in Brusly. Any feedback on this location before I check it out in person?

Any other suggestions for a sweet sixteen? Hoping to keep the costs under $25 a head for the venue and food.

Thanks in advance.

Well I'm not from BR and don't have a daughter. But, a big happy birthday to her!!!

Food at bayou bistro is decent / good, just a restaurant. Buffet is salty to us like most.
How many folks are you looking to feed?

Guest list still under negotiation. One estimate was 40, but still in flux.

Yes, I did thanks. Info has been passed along to organizing family members who asked me to post to SC for more ideas and feedback.
