Now I won't be breaking the law

never ever had one in my whole life (40 sumthing years and about a dozen different trailers) all of which were regularly checked and repaired for working lights and good tires and bearings. I also had a similar amount of motorcycles during this same time period and didn't have one for my motorcycles either but I damn sure wouldnt get on the road without working lights and good tires.

its nothing about safety and just a way to make money so they should do away with it for all vehicles except for regular safety inspections on large commercial vehicles which would be a helpful road safety program.

lights don't work, you get a ticket, tires are bald you get a blow out and have to fix a flat tire, cause an accident because of it you pay damages.

that stupid little sticker does nothing to stop any of these from happening so its purely an invention to create tax revenue.

It's been a law for about 5 years now they just don't enforce it much. It's much easier to catch someone speeding
