Looking for tiller handle

I need a tiller handle for a 99 2 stroke yamaha 90 if anybody has one or knows a place to get one

You can probably get one on boats.net. The whole complete kit. I looked all over for one with no luck. Got tired of looking and just bought a new one

did you try ebay?

it may not be listed on ebay but if you look at who the used outboard parts dealers are and call them, often they have, or can find you what you need, even if its not listed for sale

How much would a new one cost cause I've been trying to find one also?

The kit (came with everything)for my merc 40 was $450 or so. Pricey but when you look all over and can't find anything for a couple months, what do you do?

get the part number for the new kit then do a google search for that part number, might save you a good bit of money. I know it always saves me money to search by part numbers rather then just use a trusted website because prices vary on things and you never know where the best deal is on THAT particular part.

most of the website I use have the best prices on "maint parts" but with replacement items it is hit and miss on having the best prices

often I find its cheaper to spread out the parts I need over several sites so im getting the best price on things but watch those shipping costs because they can get you
