Homemade layout boat build pics
 

Just wanted to post some build pics of the layout boat I built a couple years ago. It's 11ft long and 60" wide at its widest point with a 48" bottom. Makes for a great hunting & fishing boat on the river I live on. I had a 25hp merc on it which was definately overpowered so I put a 13hp Honda surface drive on it but took that off to put on an aluminum boat. I've found that a troller on this works best for what I use it for. Here's a link to the photobucket album of the built.... 100+pics
