West Cove - Private Property?

First off...excuse my ignorance.
On the south bank of West Cove there is a cut going into the marsh that has two small posted signs on them (one on each side). I think it is Apache Corporation.
Is this canal actually posted and enforced?
Or is this for the marsh off of the canal?
Basically....Can you go fishing in a boat down the canal and in the marsh down this cut?

Cameron parish, Apache Oil and posted signs says it all. If there's posted signs, don't go past them. Though it is navigable water, land owners and oil companies have deep pockets and will beat you in court.

Then on table of contents, under reference layers turn on State claimed water bodies. If its white its private.

For that very reason. Use your GPS to navigate, hit something and try and blame the GPS. Use this map, go to jail and use the map in court. Who wins? The so said land owner. Sore subject with me. Deep pockets have way too much power. I have the ability to drive my truck in with one of the land owners to hunt and fish part of that very property and have many times. But due to the landowners surrounding the area I'm allowed to go I choose not to anymore. You step a foot outside the said boundary and they want to have you arrested. Sad its like that, but it is what it is.
