Lottery Hunt
 

Hey guy I got accepted to the lottery hunt in Lake Ophellia. I have never hunted this area and was wonder if anyone had some info for hunting this area. Got accepted for the Jan 3-4 muzzleloader hunt in area 1A. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

We got picked for the same hunt ! Can't give any info to help cause I never been there either but going with a friend that hunts there. He said there is plenty of deer and pigs though.

I've been there a couple of times but only hunt area 2A. Never been up in that north section before but I have a few spots picked out if I ever go in that area. On this map the red lines are ATV trails and the yellow dots are possible spots to scout out that are not too far off the ATV trails.

i got picked one year. didnt scout much but when i got to parking lot it was jammed packed. says u cant enter woods till a certain time . bs. it looked like a one big xmas tree when walking through woods. they do have some monster deer out there . really need to scout. and prolly walk way away from a road

Yeah my friend that's hunts there goes way back in the woods to get away from everybody
