$30 per BOAT

Also Fool...We might want to think about making the time eariler than 3pm....if we cook and stuff....maybe.... 1 or 2pm....that would give 6-7hours of fishing

make them check in at one place at a certain time that way somebody isn't camped out early on a hole.

I was thinking we get everybody at heberts that morning, when we say "go" you either take off in your boat or drive to your launch.I'll talk with jason about it

Something to think about if you want everybody there for take off is all the rigs there and not much room for trucks and trailers to be all piled up and get other fisherman pissed off and give us a bad name. Just my 2 cents

It will be you have to be lauch you boat and head out the slip and hang in back of Harbor lights...... kind of like we did for the 4th..... Same when coming in.... must load your boat and park...... There is a huge parking ground in the back...... We might have to use.... Just keep in mind we dont want to hold up the landing or pile boats in the slip.....

Do you guys have any type of tournament software or leaderboard display?

Do the official tournament scales weigh in lbs & 10ths (5.25 lbs) or lbs & ounces (5 lbs 4 oz)?

Is the "Trash Fish" category a team event (team with biggest trash fish wins) or an individual event (person with biggest trash fish)?

I'm asking because I have a Excel spreadsheet set up for tournament results. It calculates the leaderboard by clicking the "Results button" on the sheet. I have it set up for teams in both trout stringer & trash fish divisions. It calculates weights in lbs & 10ths but can easily be changed to lbs. & oz's. Let me know if I need to change it or if you even want to use it @ all.

In order to use it, you are gonna need a laptop with microsoft office installed on it. I've got a copy of office if you need it. I just figured that if you didn't have a leader board or some tournament software already setup, a simple spreadsheet would make it really easy to keep track of things.

Here is a pic of what it looks like right now: (I watermarked the background with the SC logo, I hope that is ok.)

Thanks JSmoke, do you mind shooting that file to me? I was going to suggest starting to formally track everything ASAP, but you beat me to it. I'll need to modify it to include weights for each of the 3 fish weighed in as prizes will now be awarded to the two largest fish weighed in, in addition to the team stringer weight.

Two anglers catching the largest trout will each win a custom BillStix Spiral "special edition" rod.
