Woody Wax

Anyone who uses woody wax on their decks, How often do you have to re-apply?

latravcha 10-23-2014 08:21 PM

About every 3 washes. I don't spray much

Thanks its been about four or five washes since I applied it and was noticing it wasn't working as well. Thought I wasn't putting enough or something.

Now theres a loaded question.....
Depends on the size of the deck...some decks are bigger than others.

Size of deck doesn't matter when it comes to frequency of application. It would only change the amount that has to be applied.

How are yall applying it?

latravcha 10-25-2014 07:40 AM

Wet the deck spray on a few squirts of WW. Brush in let dry and buff off

skeeter77346 10-25-2014 07:45 AM

Follow the WW instructions. A little goes a long way.
There is a good post here:

Like the instructions with a brush on wet deck then let dry rinse and dry.

if you rub it in fast and vigorous, the payout in the end will be alot better

Have a bottle at home, gonna have to give it a try. I will use the below approach for application:rotfl:
