When sitting around taking it easy its great living 5 minutes from the river and 5 minutes from the swamps. Spir of the moment grab some bait jump in ma jeep and in 10 minutes I am chucking out a hand line sitting in a folding chair taking a break for an hour or so. Since the river is low and I didn't feel like walking down lime stone banks I took the easy way out rode to the landing and fished from the dock. Caught a keeper blue, and several little yellows and was home in like an hour and a lalf wishing I had brought more bait. The little yellows had run off with the few worms I had dug from our compost heap. Here is what happens when ya bring a fish into our yard.
