Getting ready for Thanksgiving
So far I took out a bunch of fruit from the freezer for Peggy to make pies, made sure I had plenty of charcoal and soggy hickery chips, Straightened up a lil on the back patio, etc. Tomorrow some red fillets on the shell and a big barn yard hen come out to thaw to be pre seasoned. Any one else beginning to get ready??
