12-13 2nd split opener with Lil-C
 

No wind mild weather and not many birds but I had my lucky charm with me today and we managed a limit of 10-teal,2-woody's,2-spoonies,2-blackjacks,1-mallard and 1-grey.Had to hunt until 9:45 to get them but we did it and now we are going visit friends at Chicot.Good Luck

Kudos to you for taking a youngster hunting. I still remember those early trips with my dad, and I bet he'll remember them for a loooong time too.

Can't beat that I'm chomping at the bit waiting on Saturday for our split to reopen brushed blind this morning mallards and pintail are thick.
