Offshore ROV training or production operator training

Is there any training facilities in Louisiana that offer training that would help someone get their foot in the door in either of these two fields? I know a lot of you work offshore which route would be the best to take career wise out of these two?

I'd contact Oceaneering to see if they do training programs for recruits with no experience, and if they don't if ask the person on the phone where is the best open enrollment place to get trained and be up to par employment consideration at Oceaneering.

This is the company I work for:

Ron Gross is in charge of hiring and it's pretty easy to get on with High school diploma. They go through stages of hiring. Not sure if they are hiring right now or not.

Oceaneering does their training in house, but we are under a hiring freeze at the moment
