Fishing is slow...

What's the fishing looking like in your area? Not much happening this time of year. Depending on the area your in. I know vbay is slow unless you know where to go.

Just gotta go man can't catch em at home. Keep grindin at em you'll get em figured out. Trout are scattered right now, but the redfish are there.

I'll be out there nx weekend.

its the time of year where the bass are coming out the deep and heading into the shallows. I've already found beds and have even spotted a few bass hiding out in the shallows. Late January-March is definitely my favorite time to be on the water. I love the challenge of finding those giant prespawners. I haven't found any giants yet, besides a few 4 and 5lbers, but I've already boated over 70 fish in 3 trips with many being around 2.5-3.5lbs! These next few weeks should be fantastic, I can't wait! I literally get on the water every chance I get, and to come to think of it I think I'm off tomorrow :D

They must have had a sudden extinction in the state of LA, I would stay home if you're considering catching bass, crappie, or fish of any kind really. I'll let you know when I find some :rotfl:

I can't get through the swamp with the river this low. I'm gonna stay on west side and try my luck.

So you want to call my info BS and you want to know where i fish? keep dreaming buddy. You can stay sitting in your bed all day listening for reports, while I'll be providing my own by actually going fishing and seeing for myself.
