New Boat

I plan on selling my boat in the next month or so and buy some thing new. Unfortunately I use my boat for riding in the lake a lot more than fishing. They way my Blazer Bay laid out it is not the most comfortable boat to ride in with the family.
I went to the NO Boat show this weekend and 2 boats really caught my eye, the 25 Crevalle Bay and the Rabalo 246 Caymen. Both boats have front seating and large bench seats in the back. They are both 24'6", the Robalo has a 9' beam and the Crevalle 8'6" beam which made the Robalo seem like a much bigger boat. The wiring of the Crevalle was neater and the finish of the boat looked to be a higher quality but it was about 8K more than the Robalo. Robalo has been making boats for over 20 years and Crevalle has only been in business for 2 years.
I think I like the Crevalle better but I worried about the future of the company.
Does anyone have any experience with either of these boats?
What sort of issues have you had with them?
How is the ride of the boat in chop?
If you were to do it again would you buy something different?
