K2 Cooler 50qt

Looking for a K2 or a Yeti cooler 50qt

I can tell you this much, you might want to look for a slightly used one. There isn't a lot of wiggle room on new ones so dealers can't make ridiculous deals.

Most stores sell them the same price. I recently bought a 35 QT YETI mostly just to keep by my swimming pool on Amazon and only thing I saved was the tax. My shipping was free since I am a prime member. Good look even saving 10% on one in stores.

Where is this store? Placed called Egan? What kinda store?

Not a K2 or Yeti, but I bought one of these a few days ago.

It's supposed to keep ice for five days. Seems to be well-built. I can't wait to try it out.

At $50 each, you could buy six of these for the price of one Yeti.

IDK if yall have these stores over there but try a Coburns(the plumping supply place). I have a friend that works there and they sell them cheaper than anywhere else(not by much of course but still 15-20 cheaper) and they will have specials on them from time to time

There is an article going around that had test data in it on all the big name coolers. For the price the coleman extreme won top spots. Bottom line was if you were going to be opening and shutting the lids on a regular basis, i.e, on a boat, then the yeti or similar didn't fair that much better then a normal cooler.

Not sure on the Yeti, but I bought my K2 50qt from the K2 website. Saved around 80 bucks I believe by getting the scratch and dent. I think it had what looked to be a box cutter cut on the lid. Only cosmetic defects or dings from transport, no effect on the performance of it. And if you take care of stuff like me, It will see much worse than a knife scratch.

No problem. Great coolers, and a Louisiana based company as well. FYI don't sit cast iron pots fresh of the burner on them unless you want black on them permanently. I think it adds character though. Lol I use the top to clean fish and all.

And stickers aren't required for it to function properly... my gf bought it for me for my bday, and she ordered me all kinds of vinyl and sticker decals. Don't judge me...lol
