Simple Shrimp Question

I live in Alexandria and am tired of Kroger shrimp. Are they readily available in Hackberry, and what is a rough price estimate? Please say they are available and kind of cheap. If so, I score a full day of surf fishing to make the run down!

There are a few boats trawling off the beaches but they may still be catching the small seabobs. I haven't seen many skimmers out except the bait boats you may want to wait until the inshore season opens up.

Hmmm. Doesn't sound promising. Let's say I do slip away. Is seaweed an issue like it was last year?

It's too early for shrimp.... Give it two more months.

X2 It would be a wasted trip all the way from Alex. On the shrimp and the surf fishing

Sounds good. Well, sounds terrible, but I can wait. Thanks for the information.
