B.L. water condition

What's the water look like on the lake, is it still pretty muddy ? Heading out there Saturday. The weather looks good.

AubreyLaHaye458 05-26-2015 08:23 PM

It has cleaned up quite a bit. Still has some stain to it but not as muddy as it had been. Not sure how the weather the past two days has affected it though

B.L. water condition

It looked like dog $hit on the south end this Morning. Cleaned up a little by the afternoon. Water was much better in west cove. Launched in Cameron and didn't venture over to the east bank.

Cal point

Does anyone understand what areas of the lake clear up first or stay the cleanest on average. I hear about guides saying that they had to find clear water but surely certain areas do certain things depending on conditions like tides and winds after it rains.
