First time to cocodrie. Found em at first stop. Dumb luck I guess. Some nice ones. Nice guy showed me an area to fish and it started slow and turned on. And me and wife were done in an hour.

The fishing has been goos there when the weather and water are right.

That's how Cocodrie is. For us VBay folks, it feels like cheating. On a good day, you can drop your line just about anywhere and find fish, especially if you are around structures or the islands.

That's where i go in spring and early summer to get my fix before the fall Vbay fishing. So many places to fish out there with no one around you,.
