I am learning how to post pics. Hence the delay in posting this trip to west Cameron on June 20th. Fish were in 25 ft of water. Caught bouncing 3/8 oz jig with white/chartreuse tail.

I love shallow water fishing, but there's something extraordinarily satisfying catching trout on artificials in deep water. Feeling that solid head shake at 25 feet, a second head shake at 16 feet. Awesome.
