stop dipping update
 

I figured out how to stop dipping: Just don't put it in your mouth.

After dipping for 17 years (can a day), I haven't dipped in 8 days now.

I did use the Nicorette gum the first couple of days. I also ate more sunflower seeds than my entire college baseball team combined.

No doubt i aint going back!

I had nightmares about starting back up for a couple years after I quit.

thanks guys. Surprisingly it hasn't been as difficult as I thought. I know I have a long ways to go but feel like the worst is behind me.

yeah i quit smoking about 3 years ago and still reach for my pocket some times. but then i started dipping a year later....feel like a big dummy now i had it wipped
