Let this be a lesson to everyone. There's an insidious disease out there known as vertical video syndrome (VVS). When you choose to capture your special moments with phone or tablet, turn the device to landscape, not portrait. Shoot your video like you're eating a sandwich. For the greater good.

If I shoot my video like I'm eating a sandwich then my phone will be in my mouth have the time.
