Anchor advice

Need to get a new anchor. I mostly stay on the trolling motor so I hardly ever use an anchor but when I do I have a big, stupid, heavy, fortress anchor. It's a p.i.t.a. Mostly fish reefs south of marsh island. What do y'all use?

Just bought a Vulcan (from Hopkins-Carter in Miami area) 16lb. Sets in 2-3 feet of drag and pulls the bow hard when set. There is absolutely no doubt when it bites. Much more $ than a Fortress but I've been impressed.
