I ate tile fish at Ruffino's in Lafayette one time.
I'm not sure if it was the way that they cooked it or what but that was the best fish I have ever eaten!

Tile fish is absolutely incredible one of my favorite i love going after those bottom dwellers. no bad way to cook them!

How deep do you have to go to get into some tile fish? My buddy cooked some and they were delicious.
