Delacroix 8/23
 

Stayed at my buddies house in Covington after the Saints game so we decided to make a quick trip to Delacroix in the morning, but he had to be back home at noon to go to a birthday party. Ran out to Stone Island while it was still dark, got there as the sun was just starting to peek over the horizon. caught a couple trout on top water then nothing. Made the decision to run inside and try for some reds instead of running around looking for trout further from the launch. Was able to pick up 2 or 3 reds and a couple more trout. Not too bad for a short trip with barely any tidal movement. No pics cause I forgot to take em.

Good catch for short time fishing!
