Paul is correct, the electrical generator portion of a wind turbine. Blades probably weren't far behind.

I saw 2 of them being hauled down the interstate this week.

Wind turbines for Ducks Unlimited. Their goal is to shortstop ducks from coming to Louisiana. They are seeing that the heated ponds, dumping corn, and the nets are not keeping all the ducks out of Louisiana, so they are placing these up there to chop them up if they do decide to migrate on down

Most people can't read speed limit signs this days, why would they read that on the truck???

finally I have an answer!! I've been seeing these things for years! I always thought it was the beginning works to building a camper or something

I will be dove hunting next week where these are all over the place! Texas Panhandle and Western Oklahoma. It is becoming big business out there! Will attach some pics when we return.
