AGM batteries
Any recommendations on where to buy AGM deep cycle batteries on the Jefferson Parish east bank? I would like them installed.

If you have a batteries plus they have the best warranty on agms. Any mechanic can install em for you, but it's no different from changing the battery in your car

Come on man. Surely you can change your own battery. It would piss me off having to drag my boat somewhere just to change a battery or two. The AGM's are the best way to go these days. I have the Optima blues in my boat and they have been awesome. Got them off of Amazon for a heck of a deal.

I'm old with a bad back, and have no interest in performing the acrobatics involved in removing/replacing the batteries. It's not worth tweaking my back to save a hundred bucks.
I will take a peek at the Optima blues however.

Sears Die Hard has a AGM. Although I have not had it very long.
