PTO Pump Needed

I need a PTO powered pump to pump water into our field for duck season this year, probably something around a 12 inch. I am looking to either buy or rent it if possible. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be helpful.

Thanks,

In addition to that I will need to rent a tractor as well. I found several tractors that would work on various sites so that is not the hard part.

Driving to pecan island from Lafayette there were some pumps like this for sale on the side of the road in front of a house on the left side, cant remember where exactly sorry, but they looked home-made so probably less expensive than the Gator Pumps or anything new brand name.

There's one for sale here in Raceland too, it's orange on 308 near the schools

Welsh Equipment sells them.

Instead of a PTO pump you could go to Sunbelt or Hertz and rent a 6" centrifugal with an external fuel tank and move plenty of water with that.

I found and purchased a 12 inch pto pump. I can turn it with a tractor but right now it is setup to be turned by a engine. They previously bad a Detroit GM 271 motor turning it. I would love to get my hands on a cheap one that runs.

Hard to find?

Prob hard to find, they replaced them with 4 strokes in 1995. If you plan on running this pump a lot I might suggest a 4 cylinder Cummings.
