Cameron Sheriff's Dept is on Hwy 82 and handed out a ticket at 5:03 am this morning.:eek:

The DA's office gets the tickets about 2 weeks after it is written.
You can call them and ask if you can pay the court cost and not have it go on your record. If you have a clean record, they usually let you pay a reduced cost.
They just want the money. After Rita, there is no other income for law enforcement.

Have it taken care of already, paid a $5.00 fine and have to attend the "Waltrip" driving school for 4 weeks.:rolleyes:
