Acadiana Residential areas?

I'm thinking of moving on the outskirts of town. Just can't make up my mind where! Carencro? Duson/Scott? Broussard? Breaux Bridge? Maurice?

Any help or insight on this would be much appreciated.

There is no way i could live close to anyone of those, I'd be fat from eating Boudin all the time.

I live in new neighborhood off of Gloria switch called fairground place. I like it because the interstate and hey 90 are right there but the wife wants to move off of Johnston st. I think she like traffic. Let me know if I can help but I would recommend the carencro area because it is north of I-10.
