Looks like a speckle belly call to me.

Looks somewhat like the PS Olt line of calls.

old chien caille maybe?

This is an old chein caille with a custom, different insert, cool looking call

I don't think that is an old chien caille---I have old chien cailles all the way back to when the little white label was taped onto the barrel of the call

I believe that is a plastic speck call from Thomas game calls
