I got a sack in Hackberry last weekend that were pretty good. I don't know the guys name but he's got a place along the slip that goes out buy HR&G. He's on Lake Breeze road side of the slip and should be easy to find, little white building with a reefer truck out front.

Got some fresh ones in Golden Meadow Monday. Shucked them with family Monday night and had a bunch on half shell.
Yesterday got home and fried the leftovers in a light batter of crushed saltines and red pepper. Fried them in a mix of bacon drippings and coconut oil. Best fried oysters I ever had anywhere.
